How long is your processing time?
Processing time for mini & basic photo session is 2-3 weeks. Processing time for wedding & elopement is 4-5 weeks due to a larger amount of photos.
I deliver the result in online gallery with password from where you can download all your photos in full resolution without any watermarks.
Do you deliver RAW photos too?
Nope, I don't deliver RAW images. Editing the photos is a big part of my job and I believe that you booked me because you like my photography style. I deliver ONLY finished images.
Do you require a reservation fee?
Yes. Reservation fee is 50% from total price of the shoot. After session you only pay the other 50%. I don't start editing images sooner than full price of the session is successfully paid.
Reservation fee for wedding & elopement is 50% beforehand and other 50% is due on the day of the wedding. You can pay all in once if you prefer it that way.
Where does the session take place?
Location for all my sessions is Prague (in Czechia) and Košice (in Slovakia). We can agree on other location (but there will be additional price for travel & other such expenses).
What is NOT included in packages?
Things NOT included in packages:
~ makeup artist;
~ stylist;
~ costumes or props;
~ studio rental (from 18€/hour);
~ location rental, if needed.
Can I change the session date?
If you want to change the date of the session, you can do this up to 48 hours before the shoot. After this time the reservation fee is not refundable and for new date you have to pay new reservation fee.
Can I cancel the session?
You surely can cancel your session, but please beaware of the consequences:
~ if you cancel your session up to 48 hours beforehand, your reservation fee is fully refundable;
~ if you cancel your session and there is less than 48 hours to it, reservation fee is NOT refundable.
